Child Advocates of Fort Bend

Dixie’s great niece was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)at the tender age of 18 months. She has been in remission for 4 years now, and has made a miraculous recovery. As long time residents of Fort Bend, Dixie and Tracy Sanders, felt it necessary to give back to a local community. Child Advocates of Fort Bend county was established in order to give a voice to child abuse victims in our own back yard. Dixie and Tracy recently attended their Super Hero gala, and had a blast.  Dixie chose this charity because her great- nephew is severely autistic, and she witnessed first hand just how difficult autism can be on families.
